Complete this form and submit sample images. We will review your application and contact you via email, which takes approximately a week. If accepted, you will receive a pro photographer member account giving you access to post galleries.

In order to evaluate your application, we need to view some of your sports action photography. The sample images need to be high resolution JPEG format and preferably of high school sporting events. Images should be taken with Pro-level DSLR cameras and lenses. Do not include images taken with a cell phone or point-and-shoot cameras. With only six sample images to base our decision on, it is important that you submit your best work. Phlox is strict on image quality and only a small number of applications are accepted. We reserve the right to reject an application for any reason. Note: Image previews may not appear to scale. Recommended images size = 3000 pixels x 2216 pixels x 300 px/in.
