Alejandro (Alex) Adame

Alejandro (Alex) Adame is a dedicated photographer with a passion for action sports, portraits, and weddings. Whether he’s freezing the high-energy motion of an athlete, capturing the emotion of a couple’s big day, or crafting striking portraits, Alex is always focused on telling compelling visual stories.
His love for photography started on the wrestling mat. As a wrestler at Clear Lake High School, he quickly realized how powerful a single image could be in preserving the intensity of the sport. That passion for capturing raw emotion and movement soon expanded into other areas, leading him to develop his versatile and dynamic photography style.
For Alex, photography is about more than just taking pictures—it’s about creating images that resonate. He loves the challenge of capturing moments as they unfold, whether it’s an unscripted interaction, an adventurous setting, or a carefully composed portrait. His creativity is fueled by spontaneity, and he’s always searching for new perspectives and experiences to bring into his work. He dreams of visiting Paris, France, inspired by its rich artistic history and timeless aesthetic, to spend quality time with loved ones and capture memories at many of the historic sites the city has to offer.
One of Alex’s favorite recent memories was photographing snowboarders in Colorado, an experience that reinforced his love for adventure and high-energy action shots. He prides himself on his ability to adapt to any environment, whether he’s capturing fast-paced sports or intimate, emotional moments.
Joining Phlox Photography allowed Alex to do what he loves most—connect with people through photography. Being part of a team that values storytelling and creativity has been a rewarding experience, pushing him to continue evolving as a photographer.
If he could visit any fictional world, Alex would choose the park from Regular Show, a nod to his fun-loving personality. As for his photography goals, he has his eye on a Canon R5ii or a 400mm f/2.8 lens, tools that would take his work to the next level. Until then, he continues pushing the limits with the gear he has, always striving to capture the perfect shot.
