CUSTOMIZE YOUR FILE NAME

  • Phlox uses original file names as a way to identify your work. Please create a custom naming profile and copyright in your camera that identifies you, either by using your first name or your initials. When shooting sports, shoot in .jpg only!
  • When shooting any category other than sports, you may use RAW or RAW+JPEG. Shooting in RAW bypasses all of the on-camera image control settings, except white balance. Remember that the image displayed on the camera screen is a preview of the camera-generated JPEG file, so it may look different on your computer.
  • Confirm that your camera’s metadata and time/location settings are accurate.
