COLLABORATING WITHIN PHLOX

  • If you’re asked to shoot any project for another photographer’s designated organization (e.g., a school with a Booster Club contract), we ask you to reach out to that photographer as a courtesy to let them know you are involved with their school.
  • When covering an event with multiple photographers, arrive early and coordinate coverage.
  • Schedule multiple Shot Card check-ins with the Phlox Team to ensure coverage of spotlights.
  • Synchronize camera times and white balance to ensure everyone is shooting with the same parameters.
  • After the event, maintain active communication with your Primary Photographer about the status of your uploads.
