Every time a visitor purchases photos, requests information, or signs up for alerts, these contacts are added to our massive contact database.

As a member of the Phlox Team, you can leverage these contacts to help build your pre-orders and promote your post-event sales in two ways:

1. If you sign up a program and/or booster club for ongoing coverage, our marketing team will create and distribute a newsletter on your behalf, up to once a week. This newsletter will feature your upcoming event coverage, including links to your most recently published galleries. Each method has proven to be very effective in boosting sales.
2. If you have a special event or are covering a specific sport, we can narrow our distribution to target sport categories or specific schools. Therefore, if you are covering one of your regular locations but want to market to families from the visiting school, let us know, and we’ll gladly send out a brief newsletter alert, inviting pre-orders and post-event sales.
