Posting: Gallery Review Process

All new Phlox Photographers, regardless of experience and skill level, will be required to complete a gallery review for the first two months or the first 20 galleries posted – whichever comes last.

Once your galleries are posted to Zenfolio, a QA team member will review the gallery and, if deemed acceptable, will complete the process of approving and notifying your client.

If edits are required, we will reach out to you via Slack and request a quick Zoom meeting to go through the suggested edits.

PLEASE NOTE: Even if you have completed the Gallery Review process for sports, we will require another 20-gallery review for any non-sports related galleries that are posted and sold through the Phlox sales channel.
